Well, the news is not good. The doctor's told Michelle she will need another surgery and the next surgery will be riskier than the last one. They will have to cut open the side of her head above her ear and try to get to the rest of the tumor. They said her tumor was much bigger than they had expect and that if they don't do this next surgery that it will continue to grow and kill her. Needless to say Michelle was very upset and me. We both cried on the phone. This just is not fair, we thought the worst was behind her. Michelle said she does not think she will live through another surgery. She does not know how soon they will want to do the next surgery but the doctor just said sometime after she has healed from this last surgery. Michelle's said her neck is also infected and they put her on antibiotics for that and she goes back in one week to have her neck checked again. My heart is aching for my little girl. I just don't know what else to say but pray. |
