As i stated earlier i work for a bank and A WORD OF ADVICE!!!! NEVER use debit at the gas station. Use credit some gas stations have been known in some reports to have a case over where the card is swiped and it reads the numbers once you swipe it through this case that is placed on their and you input your pin they have all your information to take over your card information. And for someone to tell you to use debit instead of credit sounds shady to me. As it does not matter what you used either the credit side or the debit side as it comes from the same source. You will receive your credit either way. So you can use debit if you like but there is no way to know if the case is placed on their or not as it looks normal.
