Do you take him to the dog park to socialize him? That is a great place to bring them and let them make friends. Also depending on your location in Ontario, there might be someone from YT that you can meet up with and your furbaby will get to know other yorkies his size.
I did that with Odie and I am very pleased with him. he loves to go to the park. He gets to see all his dog friends and gives me time to enjoy the company of the ladies that bring their dogs to the park.
