So my brother who always has comments about my dogs got a dog. His fiancee was talking about how she wanted to get one but not a small one like mine, they wanted a bigger dog. They live near a big mall that has a petstore and they go there a lot so i told them whatever you do, and if you decide to get one don't get one from a petstore, i can help you look for a good breeder if need be, and i told them all the reasons why that's important. Well what do they do???? They go to that petstore and buy one!

They got a poddle, cocker spaniel mix(cockapoo), 3 months old, i haven't even seen it yet.. I'm sure it's really cute and i'm happy and all that they got a dog but why don't people ever listen? And then some people might have read my previous thread about how they are always paranoid that my babies will pee or poo on their floor and my brother doesn't like them on his furniture, he is soooo iffy about his stuff, so im thinking..and you want a dog???? And they're daughter is just 10 months old, they have a lot of work on their hands already..but we'll see how it goes. I'm happy to say she seems to looooove dogs already, she does crazy when she sees one and barks with them, its tooo cute. But anyway, the point is that they don't listen. And then today i was speaking to my father about it cause my 10 yr old sister wants a dog. So i told him, as i have before about the petstores and he goes "well do you get your money back from breeders if the dog is sick? Do you get a certificate? Petstores give you one...yada yada yada'" I feel like there's no point in even telling them if they won't listen and think they are always right and will go to the petstore anyway
