I have to agree with you but unfortunatly I live too close to the town to do that unless my son gets out his bowfortunatly he is a cracker shot and has taken care of a few things in the past.
I am an animal lover like the rest of us but I have to say when family is threatened then something has to be done. AND the athorities don't do anything around here. They arrested a man who hit a bear with his car. It wasn't his fault the darn bear was in the road. The man wasn't drinking or anything.
But bears are protected in our county. Not the county next to ours which is where they are coming from. Weird.. I don't know why.
We didn't have a coycote hunting season before last year either.
I know this is really a whole other thread but just my humble opinion.
I have an avid hunting family and we thank God for our kills and for our skill in the hunt. I taught them that when they were little.
We also have deep love of all of Gods creatures but they do have their place in the chain of life.
