I use a product similar to what Breny uses. It really works great. Make sure you really rub the base of their ear - you will hear a kind of swooshing sound - so that it does the job. My Kalina is a digger and she gets dirt in her ears and seems prone to ear infections, so I use that stuff all the time and it really helps!!

Also, sometimes they can have an ear infection that doesn't cause them pain right away. Does she rub her ears on the floor?
