They don't do it they gave me the prescription it's a packet of the medication in powdered form. I have to put it on his food once a day for 3 days. Hopefully he eats it right up. I asked the vet what to expect and they said it all depends. I love the bit of advice they gave me about the other dog and kids not to get sick from possible worms.... Dont' eat his poop. lol.
