If the bile acids are still up on a liver friendly protocol, I would either proceed with testing or keep her on Denosyl and a low/moderate protein diet for life.
More testing would be good but pricey and with those numbers it is most likely MVD if anything. It could still be a shunt or something altogether different though, so I can't just say not to keep testing.
A dog with bile acids of 48 needs liver support if it isn't coming down all the way in my opinion.
You could retest in a month if the vet is confident that she isn't in danger.
