I haven't had a chance to read all the posts (i'm at work). Just wanted to let you know my lil Romeo would throw up foamy, sometime yelliw liquids and it was usually in the morning. Overtime I realized it happened only when he didn't eat enough of his food. I'm not sure if this is true for you but just thougt I throw it out there...
He's one of those puppies who would rather play than eat and I still have to hand feed him sometimes.
I also make sure he eats sometime at night. He hasn't thrown up in months.
So maybe make sure she eats enough since from your post it sounds like she's also throwing up on an empty stomach.
