I don't like the government to have the authority to say...who may and who may not...receive a permit. Suppose these permits are limited to a certain number. Who gets one then? Who decides there are "enough'...say yorkie breeders or any other specific breed? |

This is true. The government dabbles enough in our lives. They are targeting the wrong people, of course.
