I'm getting my yorkie in two days! I can't wait!!

But I just had a general question on getting pet supplies and what not. I've read in other threads to not buy or buy certain things from pet store...What things would recommend I get from a store like Petco or Petsmart? Or avoid and get them somewhere else cause it's of better quality or is cheaper?
