She could be acting normal. Only after she is filled with infection does she act sick. Several times I've had a female stop labor and start resting, feeding babies etc. Acting like everything is over, and yet I feel another baby in there. Just last week had a C-Section for the last pup because the female stopped her labor and acted like she was done. I took her in because I knew I felt another one in there.
My groomer lost a female in 48 hours due to the same thing. It happens a lot in Yorkies anyway.
