10 weeks isn't too young! Just talk to him and calm him while you bathe him. Make sure you use a tearless shampoo so you don't hurt his little eyes and keep the water and soap away from his nose and ears.
As far as using a hair dryer. NUDiva had a great point.. turn on the dryer first without using it on him so he can get used to the noise. Mia hates the hair dryer, she'll try and nip at it the entire time so I gave up on that!
Mia gets a bath about every 5 days and she still hate them. As soon as the water starts running she runs straight for my boyfriend for him to save her! I walk towards her and the ears go back.. she makes me feel bad every time.
