there are MANY things he "may" have.. but if he has had diarrhea in the past few days... it 'usually' is the intestines upset and thus bleeding.. how much blood was there? Also this could be an issue that a vet needs to see him for.. i highly suggest getting a new one if you are not confident in your current vet.
