No one will ever replace Cruiser but I'm sure there's enough love to go around for another little dude too. And if Cruiser can come home someday, he'll love having another puppy at home to play with everyday.
Okay, well, I have to quit crying now so I have to wrap this up. I've cried pretty much nonstop since Friday afternoon. My eyes are exhausted and I have a lump in my throat and a pain in my chest. |
I know how painful that decision must have been for you. I don't think anyone will think badly of you (or shouldn't). Being faced with thousands of dollars for surgery for a very sick puppy is not what you bargained for.
I hope your heart heals and that there is a healthy puppy out there for you when you are ready.
