Probably, being bad for isn't the same as poisonous. There are things in it like salt, onions, and fat that dogs should not have in large quantities, but a small amount will probably not be noticed. Get in the habit of never giving your dogs these types of processed people foods, there not very good for us, but since small dogs can't have very many calories a day, there really bad for them.
