i wouldn't even think of bring my dog to a co-workers bbq unless i go to their house quite frequently and they already know my dog. even if your co-worker doesn't mind your dog there may be other people there who might. Also, doesn't romeo mark and hump? or has he grown out of that.

we all love dogs and most of us probably wouldn't mind, but unless i knew the dog and his habits i wouldn't allow them at my house. i wouldn't want to worry about the dog marking my house or bothering my guests.
