I had both dogs groomed last week at the cost of 70 dollars! I have my maltese done in a puppy cut leaving the tail longer. My yorkie is fairly short in the face ,legs, belly but I leave the hair from his back a little longer. If I didnt he would look like a bald little old man.. He is terrified of clippers so they did a scissor cut. There nails were also trimmed. I have been seriously thinking of learning to groom them myself. I have been looking at clippers online and wondered if anyone could advise me on which to buy to start.. Im not interested in spending 100 's but it looks like I might be able to buy a clipper for 125 or so.. As far as there nails I was thinking of the pedicure I see advertised on TV. I cannot cut there nails . it always scares me. Anyway with 2 dogs to groom it would not take long before I would be saving money..Any advise ?
