I opened a new bank account so that I could have money for misc things such as kelly's birthday and my car performance parts. Anyway....I receive my ATM card in the mail yesterday but had not received my PIN. They send them seperately for security reasons. They told me that if I received my card before my PIN then I could go in and they could assign me a PIN so that I would be able to use my card. So I went in at 10 this morning to get a PIN assigned so I could activate my card. They said they changed the PIN to my desired combination and that it would take about 30 minutes tops to enter the system. I then leave the bank and go about my daily erronds and this evening around 7 I swing by an ATM to activate my card. I put the card in enter my NEW PIN number cause I never received the old one and it comes up INVALID!!!!!!! WTF I am so mad that some moron didn't put it in the system. That is my money they are holding and I do not have access to it. They are getting a phone call from me in the morning and I will probably be more upset than I am now. I am the type of person that if something goes wrong I dwell on it until it is resolved. They are not going to like me in the morning....but I feel I have every right to be upset. Am I wrong???? Also is there anything I can do for reperation???? I feel that they owe me something. At least a free sucker.
