luvryorkies: I understand your need to defend your friend. However, the question seems to lie with customer satisfaction. So you know people who have had good experiences with her; that's great. But a truly good breeder, IMO, is determined by how a bad experience is handled, and apparently the person complaining had a bad experience and is being ignored. However friendly she may be, she is not handling this situation well. I don't think anyone blithely seeks to destroy a breeder's reputation; those who complain generally have legitimate concerns and are not getting a satisfactory response, so they simply are trying to protect others from having a bad experience.
If this breeder is a truly good breeder and human being, she will work with this buyer to rectify the situation, not simply ignore her concerns and refuse good customer service. |
