The problem is mainly keeping dogs outside. Then people have a problem.I'm in FL so cant really help sorry. Here in FL you're allowed 7 max per household.I have 4 soooo ,still room for more lol. Just need to make that Dream Puppy nursery room.That hubby promised! lol
