Can I say this without sounding mean ? I think your friend needs to
not breed her yorkie again. When a someone is responsible for bringing more puppies into the world - they need to give them the care they need at the TIME they need it.
Not getting them vet care isn't an option ...especially when there's an obvious problem.
She's lucky to have you for a friend.
