Ok, just read that this thread was from back in 2005 - WAY OLD!!
Still though, I hope she was able to get her baby help. I see that most of you were for the vet, or rather just making a point that you do need to have backup funds (or pet insurance) for emergencies like this - and I totally agree 100%. I just get so upset when I hear that someone out there is TRYING to help their baby, and can't. My heart just breaks for the animal is all. This kind of stuff really upsets me
