That is so wrong in so many way's. That poor puppy and that poor owner.
Very sad to think $ comes before life. To ask for $800.00 not even knowing
the problem is just plain evil and greedy.
They should be reported to someone. There has to be a higher up to
look into this neglect of not helping. That just tears me up inside.
So very sad that a puppy is suffering and help was there and because
of the almighty dollar it my have died.
