I would call the closest 24-hour emergency vet you can find, even if it's out of state. Explain to them that you're unable to bring him in, and ask for their advice over the phone. This sounds serious. If you have any idea what your pup could have gotten into, you can also call the ASPCA National Animal Control Poison Center. They likely will charge you a consultation fee, but they might be able to help if you have any idea if he ate anything bad.
