I totally agree! It makes no sense to point fingers and try to place the blame anyway, it's a wasted effort. What's done is done and right now everyone needs to join our efforts and concentration on relief.

Actualy, I was just having this (what you wrote) conversation with a girlfriend 10 minutes ago!
