A jewelry store in our town was advertising that they would buy gold. This was earlier in the spring. We didn't have much, but we did okay. However, they did take a cut. Oh well, we didn't use the stuff anyway, and we got a little. We were satisfied. I really trusted the store as they are a local store with a good reputation. Then, come to find out, a kid my daughter baby sat years ago is the one who is now doing the appraising.
