Hmmm...this doesn't really ring a bell, but it kind of does. What concerns me is the continuous scraping/irritating of the sores - which, to my mind, would never allow them to heal. I would call the vet office, speak with the tech and see if you could talk w/ the vet regarding this scraping - bc I'm not sure this sounds quite right....
