I was having the same issue with Rogan. I do sell this shampoo, however I only use this now on all my babies. Its called Spa Scents Revializing Shampoo.

Rogan had dandruff and itchys and its gone! He has a horrible coat and its actually shinning now. I would not recommend it if it didn't really work. I truely beleive in it and I love it!
I hope you find something for your baby and she is feeling relief soon!!!!
