Welcome to YT! Sophie is a little over a year and a half old and her head is finally gold. I call it gold because it also looks a little blonde. Her hair on her head looked gray/white for a while. I'd say she was atleast a year old before her gray started turning. My mom helps me cut her nails. She has really sharp high quality nail clippers and Sophie doesn't flinch. I tried using something I bought at Walmart and it tore her nails and freaked her out. I also tried the grinder and she would have none of that. I had to sell it. I heard a great tip about grooming her on YT. Give her her own comb to play with while you comb her. As far as the coat is concerned you'll probably just have to wait and see. Have fun with Gwen! |
