i have heard this too.. and like you said i think it just depends on the dog that is right for you, how you raise it/train it, etc.

like i said i had heard from random people that females will claim one human and stick to them.. but i think it depends on each situation.. Avery(our female) loves both me and her daddy just the same.. she has her days where she will crave the attention from one of us a little more than the other.. but this is very rare.. and for the most part would prefer both of us to be at home with her givin' her love!
