My boys do this too!!!
I'd say its normal, both mine are loving and docile....I just think its how they get their energy/frustration out. BUT when they start showing aggression at each other over a toy, I take the toy away! I actually tell them
"if you can't get along, neither of you can have the toy!" LOL
I wouldn't worry about it
