I hope they are "wrong"...and she's just ill from the kennel cough.

I know she's been ill so you may not be able to judge...but has she acted like a puppy? Playing etc? It's hard to know since she has the pneumonia...but a puppy with heart problems will show other symptoms...lethagic, winded after playing...or simply not interested in playing.
