Thanks for all of the well wishes and quick responses. Just spoke with the vet and thought I would post a quick update. She is more alert due to the IV fluids. (And probably due to the fact that she is also in a strange place and not happy about that).

Both vets agree that she does have a irregular heart rate with extra irregular beats.... so we gave our consent do another EKG, cardiac ultrasound, and electoncially send these for a cardiac consult.

So again we are just waiting!!
