Perhaps you'll never know. It is possible he was sedated? If not something
really scared him. Listen to your dog. He is telling you something.
I had an experience with my dog biting the groomer. No bad but bad enough
that he needed to be muzzled or sedated the next time. Something happened and I'll
never no what it was. I learned to groom him myself and never took him
back. He was 3 when this happened, last year at this time to be exact.
When I groom him around his right back paw he goes after my hand to
warn me he's frightened. Something, I believe hurt him there and he
still reacts to it. Learn to groom and stop your worry because our pet's
can't talk to us and tell us but we can listen to them when they react
this way. I am sure there is a reason. |
