Both of my girls were late bloomers in the ear department. At 4 1/2 months, Gracie had one up, one down. I taped the one ear up and in 24 hours, it was standing and has been that way ever since. When I got Holly at 12 weeks, both ears were up. One went down with teething. I taped it for a week or so and it stayed up for the longest time. Then the other one drooped. I shaved her ears and taped the other one up. It stayed up for a couple of days then drooped again. I pretty much gave up and figured she would have one up, and one down. Then last week, the other ear drooped. I shaved both ears and taped them a couple of days ago. I'm going to give it a week. Whatever happens, happens. She is cute either way.
