We have a Golden Retriever and 2 Yorkies. Misty, the Golden is so gentle and sweet. Daisy doesn't like her, but I think it's because she's afraid of her. She nips at her butt! Misty just kind of ignores her when she does it, like a fly nipped at her or something.
Abby on the other hand loves Misty! The difference is, Abby has been around her since she was 10 weeks old and Daisy was 2 yrs old when she first met Misty.
When our little Peanut was still alive, he and Misty played together all the time. The only problem I had was I had to bathe Peanut everytime they played because Misty would slime him! Peanut would follow Misty to the ends of the earth and I think Abby would too.
