I have two Yorkies in addition to a 7 month old Westie, a 14 YO mixed breed female terrier (about 35#) and a 10 YO 75# male pitty. Katie (the terrier) wouldn't have a thing to do with the pups. The pitty, OTOH, would lay down on the floor and *beg* the pups to crawl all over him, "abusing" him. Now the male York (all 6# of him!) thinks he's the Alpha dog. And he is, at least until the 3.5# female York decides to exercise *her* choices

In my case, the larger dogs were all sweethearts. The pups were cradled and cuddled, licked soaking wet. I had no problems whatsoever. If your Golden is as good as most of them, you should have no problem whatsoever.
