I would not put another dose on her, just keep picking them off.
When I first got Tricksie, she was outside 5 min. and got fleas, the Vet put her on Comfortis, a pill, she had two pills, she has never had another flea, BUT, I don't take her in the yard, she has plenty of room to run around a large home, and screened pool area, a big screened front porch. Fleas in FL are horrible. Has not had a flea in 6 months and does not take the pill anymore.
I don't like chemicals and pills. Good Luck
