I try not to let my babies on other's lawns out of respect for them, but sometimes they will hop up to pee on their yard right next to the curb which technically I believe is public property (near the electrical poles). I try very hard to not let them past that point though just to avoid issues. |
If they go into the grass, I make them go on the little strip of grass between the sidewalk and the street, not on the side with houses. I don't like to let them all up in other yards, but I have seen people do that with extended leashes, once I saw a dog more than half way up my yard! My yard isn't big, but still! I watched out the window, that owner is lucky the dog didn't poop! I wouldn't went out, picked up the poop, followed them, then smeared it on their porch.
