Here a few tips that you should prepare if you go to court.
Make sure you have a good description what back yard breeder or puppy mill is. OK is one of the state of
puppy mill belt. You will find a lot info re this subject online.
Just give them facts.
Some of them ....
- she breeds many breeds. sign of PM
- she doesn't show parents. RED flag and
typical for puppy miller
- she doesn't test her dogs before breeding. Take some papers to prove that LP IS genetical problem.
