I am most definitely going to make sure they do everything to help her, and if not I would just take the puppy back, because I am worried that what happened this week was neglect. Not necessarily on purpose, I think they just didn't know what to do with a new puppy, but then they should have called me or brought her back or something. I just am so ill right now over this whole thing. Unfortunately they live over an hour away so I can't go see the puppy right now, and I would if I thought it would help at all.
