I was wondering if you could contact the AKA to make sure that this breeder is registered with them and in good standing. I know our papers were quite late arriving from the Canadian Kennel Ass. because they were recently in a backlog situation. Just wondering if this was the case with the AKA or does this breeder have no intention of submitting info for you to obtain required registration. I agree that if puppy was advertised as being registered and now cannot be for whatever reason then you should get a rebate of some of the money that you paid out to purchase your puppy.
