If not having a house is a reason for someone not to sell a dog to me -(not that I'm looking for one) ... then screw them  that seems to be very discrimatory... but I'd like to be the one to make the choice not the 'seller'.

It realy isn't about where, age, or educational level....it is exactly as you stated -
HOW you live and the life you will provide a dog that ultimately counts!
