If not having a house is a reason for someone not to sell a dog to me -(not that I'm looking for one) ... then screw them that seems to be very discrimatory... but I'd like to be the one to make the choice not the 'seller'.
I miss my house - but there's no reason small dogs can't live happily in apartments. It's not where you live but HOW you live. |

It realy isn't about where, age, or educational level....it is exactly as you stated -
HOW you live and the life you will provide a dog that ultimately counts!
