Don't be so hard on yourself. I agree with everyone else and have had the same feelings as you have now. If Maddie has an accident because I'm not paying enough attention to her "signs", I just clean it up and go on like nothing happened. She's little and still learning. If she walks right in front of me and goes (trying to push her limits) - then it's a different story. Keep up the good work you have been doing!!
