Like the other ladies have said, don't beat ourself up. If that is the only time you make a mistake and don't get to the door to let her out in time, I will be very surprised! It happens here all the time! (Well, not ALL the time, but often enough!) Can't blame the pup. Not her fault. Bad mommy!! But, on the other hand, don't blame yourself too much either. And she was trying to get as close as she could to the door to get out, so you must be doing something right. At least she knows where "out" is!! And they are really smart, one slip up will not undo all the trainig that has come before.
