Welcome to YT - I am so sad such difficult circumstances brought you to us.
I would first consult with your vet, if the urinary problem could be corrected, would that help her quality of life? I would look at what could be done for her at this point. I have been there with my beloved furbabies before - it is so extremely difficult.
I have always believed the worst part about pet ownership is that their lives are only a fraction of our own.
