The level of cruelty that people are capable of never ceases to shock me. How disgusting that these people exist. I hope they find the jerk and bring him/her to justice.

We are certainly hoping for that. A member in our rescue has asked channel 3 news to do a story on it. I believe they will be running it. Hopefully, maybe that will persuade anyone that saw something to come forward. Elaine
