 So disappointed in myself! :(
I think I made Trixie have an accident this morning and I know it was MY fault!
I was doing the dishes and didn't even think about looking at her little signs and all she was giving me. She was laying by the door in the kitchen with me (the one we always take her out of) and I just completely ignored the fact that she may had to go out-I just took it to be that she wanted to be in there with me, ya knwo?
So she goes to poop in our living room on the rug and prances over to me to let me know. I felt SO bad.. I didn't know what to do, so I immediately took her to her crate and then went to clean it up... was this the right thing to do? I mean, I couldn't actually punish her and tell her no as she had already done it...
Does this mean we have to start back at square one on the crate training? She has been doing SO good the past week that she has stayed out of the crate when I can keep watch on her the whole time and no accidents til today...
