It is impossble to address the term here in south Florida..90% of ads in the Palm Beach Post lists the pups as "teacups"...and if they are not they said.."Not Teacups"..all the boutiques use the term for dog clothes and items... One store is named "Teacups"..it is endless..I have come to the point where I ignore it, save my breath...no one listens and most want to argue with me.
